2025 Road Paving Project
The following roads in Ben Avon are expected to be paved beginning July 24:
Roads impacted include:
- Beal Way Alley
- Dickson Ave (portion)
- Brighton Road (portion)
- Spruce Road (portion)
- Spruce Run Road (portion)
Please remove vehicles before the start of the work (see signage). After paving is completed, do not park on the asphalt wedge for 24 hours. Please see attached notices for further details regarding street impacts.
There should be no traffic on the final wearing course for several hours after it is rolled. Please do not remove barriers and drive on new pavement. The streets will be opened once they have been properly cooled and set.
